How often should you actually replace your CPAP parts?

Silicone cushions are the first thing to go. Body oils soften the material and the seal degrades long before it visibly tears โ€” plan on a new cushion every one to three months.

Headgear stretches out over about six months, tubing should be replaced every six to twelve months, and disposable filters every two to six months depending on your environment.

Water tubs typically last six to twelve months. Mineral scale that will not scrub off is your signal to replace it rather than keep boiling it clean.
