Any brand, any age. We check the hour meter, motor condition and whether the model is still supported for parts.
2. We give you a credit figure
Assessment is free and there's no obligation. Newer ResMed, Löwenstein and Fisher & Paykel devices in good order attract the most credit.
3. Apply it to your upgrade
The credit comes straight off a new machine or package, and we set the new device to your prescription before you leave.
4. We recycle the old one
Devices we can't resell are stripped for serviceable parts and their electronics are disposed of responsibly.
Signs it's time to upgrade
- Your machine is over five years old or past 20,000 hours
- Parts for your model are no longer available
- You want auto-adjusting therapy instead of fixed pressure
- You need app-based therapy data your machine can't provide
- Humidification has stopped working properly
- It's too bulky for the travel you're now doing
